Rig-Rite stocks a variety of 'standard' and undrilled (blank) Backing Plates for Stanchion and Rail
Bases, (or anything else) allowing for a more secure installation with virtually any Base.
Standard Backing Plates match the shape and size of their respective Stanchion Bases.
Custom Backing Plates are available on Special Order. |

Blank Aluminum Backing Plate, 4.5" x 3.5": SB 36-BPA:
Blank (undrilled) Aluminum Backing Plate is 4 1/2" long x 3 1/2" wide x 1/8" thick. Rectangular 6061-T6 Aluminum Plate can easily be drilled to match most Stanchion Bases.

Blank SS Backing Plate, 4.37" x 3.5": SB 36-BPS-B:
Blank (undrilled) Stainless Steel Backing Plate is 4 3/8" long x 3 1/2" wide x .104" thick (12 gauge). Rectangular Type 304 SS Plate can be drilled to match most Stanchion Bases.
