IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Track System |

| The IYE 1 1/4" Traveller System is designed around a heavy anodized X-shaped Track that measures 1 1/4" (32mm) across the top. Traveller Cars run on Hardcote Anodized Aluminum Ball-Bearing wheel assemblies that have a 1 1/8" Outside Diameter. Cars are available in 4-wheel and 6-wheel versions with a variety of Control Sheave and Cam Cleat configurations. Track-mounted Control Ends are available with or without Cam Cleats for purchases of up to 4-1. | |

| IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Track | |
| IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Track: IYE 32C-01-__ft.: IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Track is an anodized Aluminum X-shaped Track that measures 1 1/4" (32mm) across the top and bottom, and is 1 1/4" (32mm) high. Track is drilled for 1/4" (6mm) FH screws on 6" (152mm) centers, and has 3/8" diameter stop holes on 2" centers. Track weighs 1.03 lbs./ft. and is available in various lengths.

| The IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Cars run on Hardcote
Anodized Aluminum Ball-Bearing wheel assemblies that have a 1 1/8" Outside Diameter.
Cars are available in 4-wheel and 6-wheel versions with a variety of Control Sheave and Cam Cleat
configurations. A Becket, IYE 32C-37K, below, can be added to any Car to increase purchase
by one. Early versions of these Cars had solid Delrin Wheels; Replacement Wheel Kits are available
for them, see Traveller Car Parts,
below. New-style Ball-Bearing wheel assemblies are not reparable or replaceable.

| IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Cars have been
produced with 2 different wheel configurations. New-Style Cars have Hardcote
Anodized Aluminum Ball-Bearing wheel assemblies that are not
reparable or replaceable. Early versions of these Cars had solid

Wheel Replacement Kit for Old-Style 4-Wheel Car: IYE 32C-X44: Wheel Replacement Kit for IYE Old-Style 1 1/4" 4-wheel Traveller Cars includes 4 Delrin Wheels, and special plastic lock-washers to mount them. Machined Delrin Wheels are 1 1/8" OD x 3/8" ID x 13/32" (.395") wide with Hub to .445" wide.

Assembly consists of (2) 1 1/8" OD Delrin Ball-Bearing Sheave Assemblies and a Cover Plate with (2) mounting screws. Fasteners are on 2 5/8" Centers. Cover Plate is 3 3/4" long x 1 1/16" wide.

Assembly consists of (2) 1 1/8" OD Delrin Ball-Bearing Sheave Assemblies and a SS Cover Plate with (3) mounting screws and spacers. Outer fasteners are on 3 3/4" Centers, for Old-style, Long 6-wheel Traveller Cars that have tapped axles. Cover Plate is 4 7/8" long x 1 1/16" wide.

Cam Cleat Ass'y Set for Traveller Car Mount: IYE 32C-38CK: Cam Cleat for Control Line is mounted on SS Plate to fit all IYE 1 1/4" Traveller Cars that have tapped axles. Each Cam Cleat Assembly mounts beneath Control Sheave Assembly and mounts on Car with one additional screw (included). Set includes 2 Cam Cleat Assemblies (Right and Left) with Servo #22 Cam Cleats.

Becket Ass'y for Traveller Car Mount: IYE 32C-37BA: Becket for dead-ending Control Lines on Traveller Car. Single Becket (SS Eyestrap) screws into existing threaded holes in Traveller Car, allowing attachment of both Control Lines, increasing purchase ratio of any Car by one. Suitable for use on all IYE 1 1/4" 4-wheel Traveller Cars, and on New-Style (shorter) 6-wheel Cars (4 3/8" long) that have tapped axles. On Cars with 2 Control Sheaves, Becket mounts on opposite side from Control Sheaves. On Cars with 4 Control Sheaves, Becket mounts on top of Control Sheaves, using existing screws. Becket Assembly includes mounting screws (6mm) and insulating washers. Becket mounting holes are on 2 5/8" centers. Only one Becket is required per Car.

Plastic Track End Stop: IYE 32C-21: Plastic Track End Stop covers track end and attaches to deck with (1) 1/4" (6mm) FH screw. Black plastic End Stop is (maximum) 2 5/8" wide x 1 1/4" high, and extends 1 1/4" beyond end of track.

Aluminum Track End ‘Crash Stop’: IYE 32C-22: Heavy-duty Aluminum Track End Stop slides on and attaches directly to Track with (2) 6mm (1/4") screws (included) on 1 3/8" centers. Anodized, extruded Aluminum Track End features rubber bumpers to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls. Aluminum End Stop is 2 1/2" long x 2 1/8" wide.

Mounting requires drilling and tapping (2) 1/4-20 holes in Track (on 1 3/8" centers), or assembly can be thru-bolted using longer screws. For systems with Deck-mounted Cleats, unit provides a 3-1 purchase. Control line dead-ends on Becket on Car, goes around upper Control End Sheave, back through the Sheave on the Car, then around lower Control End Sheave to a deck-mounted Cleat. For systems with Car-mounted Cleats, unit provides a 4-1 purchase.
