| The Z65 Spreader Section has interior dimensions
that are very similar to the Z95 Spreader. In addition to the
fittings shown below, the Z65 Spreader Section was designed for use with all of the
fittings listed under the Z95 Spreader Section.
Please note that Z65 Spreaders can not be tapered. |

| Z65 Standard Spreader Assembly: Z-65AS-____: Standard Z65 Spreader Assembly is clear anodized and includes Z-3114 Spreader Tip. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). If other Tip or any inboard end is required, specify Part Number(s).

| Z65 Standard Spreader - Tube only, Drilled: Z-65T-____: For replacement purposes when using original end fittings, Z65 Spreader Tubes are available anodized and drilled for Z-3114 Spreader Tip, and with inboard angles cut. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any).

| Z65 Spreader Section, Clear Anodized: Z-65CA-____: Z65 Spreader Section is available clear anodized, but without drilling or angles cut at lengths up to 20'. To order specify maximum length.

| Spreader Tips & Components for Z65 Spreaders | ||
| J-Bolt Tips require that the Tip be removed from the Spreader to adjust Clamp tension. | ||

Spreader Tip Assembly for Z65 Spreader: Z-3114: Gray plastic Spreader Tip for use with Z65 Spreader. Includes 6mm J-bolt with locknut, Z-1481A, to clamp shroud to the spreader tip prior to installation in the spreader tube. When used with hinged spreader bases, clamp must be tight and positioned carefully on the shroud. Tip measurements (visible when installed) are 2 7/16" long x 1 1/8" (62mm x 29mm).

J-bolt w/ Locknut for Z65 Spreader Tip: Z-1481A: SS J-bolt is 2" (50mm) long with a 6mm thread and includes SS locknut. For use with Z-3114 Spreader Tip.

Discontinuous Spreader Tip for Z65 w/ 8mm Pin: Z-1039-8A: Discontinuous Spreader Tip for Z65 w/ 10mm Pin: Z-1039-10A: Assembly provides horizontal pin for attachment of Discontinuous Shrouds. Includes anodized cast aluminum tip with horizontal pin and cotter pin. Unit projects (maximum) 1 1/16" (27mm) from end of spreader tube. Slot width (at pin) is 1 3/16" (30mm), pin center is 5/8" (16mm) from tube end.

Spreader Base for Z170 Mast & Z65 Spreaders: Z-170SB-2: Wrap-around Spreader Base for Z170 Mast Section and Z65 Spreaders. Cast aluminum base holds both spreaders and accommodates a variety of spreader angles. Spreaders are attached with 6mm (1/4") bolts (2 each), unit attaches to Mast with (6) 5mm (3/16") screws or rivets.
