| The Z60 Spreader Section features an integral
"tail", so that the Spreaders can be tapered at the outboard end without welding.
Z60 Spreader Assemblies are available Tapered with a variety of end fittings, listed below. |

| Z60 Tapered Spreader Assembly: Z-60AT-____: Tapered Z60 Spreader Assembly is clear anodized and includes Z-3113 Spreader Tip. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). If other Tip is required, specify Part Number.

Z60 Tapered Spreader - Tube only, Tapered & Drilled: Z-60TT-____: For replacement purposes when using original end fittings, Z60 Spreader Tubes are available Tapered and drilled for Z-3113 Spreader Tip, and with inboard angles cut. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). Clear anodized finish is standard.

| Spreader Tips & Components for Z60 Spreaders | ||

Spreader Tip Assembly for Z60 Tapered Spreader: Z-3113: Gray plastic Spreader Tip for use with Tapered Z60 Spreader. Includes 5mm J-bolt with locknut, Z-1480A, to clamp shroud to the spreader tip prior to installation in the spreader tube. When used with hinged spreader bases, clamp must be tight and positioned carefully on the shroud. Tip measurements (visible when installed) are 1 3/4" long x 15/16" (45mm x 24mm).

| J-bolt w/ Locknut for Z60 Spreader Tip: Z-1480A: SS J-bolt is 1 7/8" (47mm) long with a 5mm thread and includes SS locknut. For use with Z-3113 Spreader Tip.

Discontinuous Spreader Tip Ass'y for Z60 - 8mm/6mm: Z-1042: Cast aluminum Spreader Tip incorporates an 8mm Pin outboard for the main shrouds, and an 6mm inboard Pin for intermediate shrouds. Unit projects (maximum) 1 7/8" (47mm) from end of spreader tube. Slot width (at outboard pin) is 3/4" (20mm), pin center is 1 1/8" (28mm) from tube end. Inboard Pin (6mm) has slot width of 5/16" (8mm), pin center is 5/16" (8mm) from tube end. Pins are included.

| Spreader Bases & Spreader Bars for Z60 Spreaders | ||
| Old-style Spreader Base for Z60 Spreaders (Z-1025Q pictured): Old-style Spreader Bases designed for specific mast sections accommodate a variety of spreader angles. The same base is used on both sides of the mast, but spreaders must be drilled differently port and starboard. Spreader is attached with (2) 8mm clevis pins. A limited variety are available, Please specify Mast Section when inquiring. Stronger Wrap-around Spreader Bases, below, are recommended when applicable.

| Spreader Base for Z170 Mast & Z60 Spreaders: Z-170SB-2: Wrap-around Spreader Base for Z170 Mast Section and Z60 Spreaders. Cast aluminum base holds both spreaders and accommodates a variety of spreader angles. Spreaders are attached with 6mm (1/4") bolts (2 each), unit attaches to Mast with (6) 5mm (3/16") screws or rivets.

Cast aluminum base holds both spreaders and accommodates a variety of spreader angles. Spreaders are attached with 8mm (5/16") bolts (2 each), unit attaches to Mast with (6) 5mm (3/16") screws or rivets.

| SS Reinforcing Plate for Z60 Spreader Bar: Z-1675: SS Plate is formed to fit the mast section and features boss to allow a straight cut on the spreader end. Slot in plate is 1/2" x 3/4" long (12.5mm x 21mm). Plates (2 required) are attached to the mast with (4) 3/16" rivets. For use with Z-170, 190, & 230 Mast sections.
