Boom Feeder Entrance: Z-1711: Gray plastic sail feeder entrance for boltrope mounts in recess in Z-Spar gooseneck castings.
Z204 Gooseneck Assembly Complete: Z-204-1AC: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and up to 3 internal reef lines. Internal lines run over delrin sheaves, and down past lever action cams. Cams can be removed to allow lines to go straight down to the deck. Includes horizontal gooseneck pin (10mm). For use with a variety of Z-Spar Gooseneck Toggles requiring a 10mm (3/8") horizontal pin.
	Z204 Gooseneck Casting only: Z-204-1: Replacement Casting only, as *Z204-1AC*, above, but without sheaves, cams, axles, and horizontal gooseneck pin. 40361183
	Z204 Horizontal Gooseneck Toggle Pin: Z-1302: SS Clevis Pin is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 38mm (1 1/12") long. Connects Gooseneck Casting to Gooseneck Toggle.
	Z204 Gooseneck Sheave: Z-1616: Delrin Sheave is 45mm (1 3/4") OD x 13mm (33/64") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z204 Gooseneck Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1728A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 45mm (1 3/4") OD x 13mm (33/64") wide x 8mm (5/16") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z204 Gooseneck Cam: Z-1186: Small gooseneck cam lever used in Z204 goosenecks for outhaul and reef lines. Cam measures (maximum) 1 1/2" long x 7/16" wide, with 8mm (5/16") hole for cam axle.
	Z204 Gooseneck Sheave & Cam Axle: Z-1303: Knurled SS Axle used in Z204 goosenecks for Sheaves and Cams. SS Sheave Axle pin is 8mm (5/16") diameter x 73mm (2 7/8") long.
Old-style Gooseneck Toggle w/ Integral Lugs, Small: Z-1188X: Old-style Gooseneck Toggle with integral 12mm lugs (top and bottom) which act as a vertical pin. Used with 15mm OD plastic bushings (Z-1766) and (2) *Z-1061X* Gooseneck Brackets. Cast Aluminum Toggle is 23/32" (18.5mm) wide with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, and features center hole for use with Z-1188RH double Reef Hook. Toggle (with lugs) measures (maximum) 2 7/8" (73mm) vertical x 2 3/4" (68mm) horizontal. Used with Mast Sections through Z320. As used on Beneteau First 285, and others. CK**
Old-style Gooseneck Toggle w/ Integral Lugs, Large: Z-1189X: Old-style Gooseneck Toggle with integral 16mm lugs (top and bottom) which act as a vertical pin. Used with 18mm OD plastic bushings (Z-1766L) and (2) Z-1190X Gooseneck Brackets. Toggle is 23/32" (18.5mm) wide with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, and features center hole for use with Z-1188RH double Reef Hook. Toggle (with lugs) measures (maximum) 3 3/8" (86mm) vertical x 2 7/8" (73mm) horizontal. Appearance is as Z-1188X, above. 4151 CK**
Short Gooseneck Toggle: Z-1083X: Special short cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin. Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle and can be used with Z-1075RH double Reef Hook, below. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 1/16" (53mm) high, Toggle (overall) measures (maximum) 3 3/4" (97mm) vertical x 3 1/8" (80mm) horizontal x 1" (25mm) wide.
Gooseneck Toggle: Z-1083: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin. Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle and can be used with Z-1075RH double Reef Hook, below. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 3/4" (70mm) high, Toggle (overall) measures (maximum) 4 1/2" (114mm) vertical x 3 1/8" (80mm) horizontal x 1" (25mm) wide.
Gooseneck Toggle: Z-1075X: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on a 12mm vertical pin. Toggle is 3/4" wide at boom end with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle and can be used with Z-1075RH double Reef Hook, below. 	Tack Shackle: Z-1075TS: Special Tack Shackle to fit the Z-1075 and Z-1083 Gooseneck Toggles, above. Wide SS Shackle has 5mm (3/16") screw pin, inside of Shackle is 19mm (3/4") wide x 37mm (1 7/16") high.
*Reef Hook Assembly: Z-1075RH:* SS Double Reef Hook Assembly for use with Z-1075, and Z-1083 Gooseneck Toggles listed above. Double Reef Hook Assembly is formed from 10mm rod and measures (maximum) 4 5/8" (118mm) wide x 4 1/4" (108mm) high. Specially formed Reef Hook slides into center hole of Toggle, or Toggle slot and is held in place by vertical Toggle Pin. 1493
Vertical Gooseneck Pin - 12mm: Z-1291: SS Pin is used to connect Mast Bracket to Gooseneck Toggle. Vertical Pin is 12mm x 118mm, with central hole for cotter pin. For use with any of the Gooseneck Toggles listed above.

*Boom Bail Assembly - 20mm: Z-3044A:* SS Articulating Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. Bail is made from 7mm rod. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets.
*Boom Bail Assembly - 20mm Heavy-duty: Z-3044AF:* Welded SS Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. As Z-3044A (above), but bail is welded in position and does not articulate. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets.
Boom Bail Assembly w/ Toggle - 20mm: Z-3484A: SS Boom Bail features SS Toggle Assembly with 8mm (5/16") pin and fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets. For use with Boom Vangs requiring a pin for attachment.
*Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 4 5/8": Z-1145:* Aluminum Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") rivets on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. See Other Z-Spar Cleats.
Exit Plate – Plastic, Small: Z-3273: Small Gray plastic Exit Plate reduces line chafe, and accommodates a maximum of 3/8" (10mm) line. Exit Plate measures 4 1/2" x 7/8" (115mm x 22mm), installs in cut-out 5/8" x 3 5/8" (16mm x 90mm), and is attached with (1) 5mm (3/16") fastener. See Other Z-Spar Exit Plates.
*Z204 Outhaul Assembly Complete: Z-204-2A:* Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and up to 3 internal reef lines. Includes 4 Sheaves (Z-1616) and axle which slide in from the aft side simultaneously, and are held in place by the outhaul and/or reef lines. Rib on aft upper side allows for topping lift attachment.
