Z-Spar Z160 Boom Components
Boom Feeder Entrance: Z-1711: Gray plastic sail feeder entrance for boltrope mounts in recess in Z-Spar gooseneck castings.
Z160 Gooseneck Assembly Complete: Z-160-1AC: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Internal lines run over delrin sheaves, and down past lever action cams. Cams can be removed to allow lines to go straight down to the deck. Includes horizontal gooseneck pin (10mm). For use with a variety of Z-Spar Gooseneck Toggles up to 18.5mm (23/32") wide requiring a 10mm (3/8") horizontal pin.
	Z160 Gooseneck Casting only: Z-160-1: Replacement Casting only, as *Z160-1AC*, above, but without sheaves, cams, axles, and horizontal gooseneck pin. 1181
	Z160 Horizontal Gooseneck Toggle Pin: Z-1302: SS Clevis Pin is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 38mm (1 1/12") long. Connects Gooseneck Casting to Gooseneck Toggle.
	Z160 Gooseneck Sheave: Z-1614: Delrin Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z160 Gooseneck Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1611A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9.5mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z160 Gooseneck Cam: Z-1185: Small gooseneck cam lever used in Z160 goosenecks for outhaul and reef lines. Cam measures (maximum) 1 1/2" long x 7/16" wide, with 6mm (1/4") hole for cam axle.
	Z160 Gooseneck Sheave & Cam Axle: Z-1274: Knurled SS Axle used in Z160 goosenecks for Sheaves and Cams. SS Sheave Axle pin is 6mm (1/4") diameter x 54mm (2 1/8") long.
Old-style Gooseneck Toggle w/ Integral Lugs, Small: Z-1188X: Old-style Gooseneck Toggle with integral 12mm lugs (top and bottom) which act as a vertical pin. Used with 15mm OD plastic bushings (Z-1766) and (2) *Z-1061X* Gooseneck Brackets. Toggle is 23/32" (18.5mm) wide with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, and features center hole for use with Z-1188RH double Reef Hook. Toggle (with lugs) measures 2 7/8" (73mm) vertical x 2 3/4" (68mm) horizontal (max.). CK**
Gooseneck Toggle for Z160 Boom: Z-1247X: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Toggle rides on an 8mm vertical pin. Toggle is 23/32" (18mm) wide with 10mm hole for horizontal pin, 6mm hole for tack shackle Z-1075TS, below, and can be used with Z-1188RH double Reef Hook. Portion that fits in Gooseneck Bracket is 2 3/16" (55mm) high, toggle (overall) measures 3 1/4" (84mm) vertical x 2 1/4" (56mm) horizontal (max.). 	Tack Shackle: Z-1075TS: Special Tack Shackle to fit the Z-1034X Gooseneck Toggle, above. SS Shackle has 5mm (3/16") screw pin, inside of Shackle is 19mm (3/4") wide x 37mm (1 7/16") high.
*Reef Hook Assembly: Z-1188RH:* SS Double Reef Hook Assembly for use with Z-1188, Z-1189, and Z-1034X Gooseneck Toggles listed above. Double Reef Hook Assembly is formed from 8mm rod and measures (maximum) 4 1/8" (105mm) wide x 3 1/8" (80mm) high. Specially formed Reef Hook slides into center hole of Toggle, or Toggle slot and is held in place by vertical Toggle Pin.

*Boom Bail Assembly - 20mm: Z-3044A:* SS Articulating Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. Bail is made from 7mm rod. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets.
*Boom Bail Assembly - 20mm Heavy-duty: Z-3044AF:* Welded SS Boom Bail fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. As Z-3044A (above), but bail is welded in position and does not articulate. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets.
Boom Bail Assembly w/ Toggle - 20mm: Z-3484A: SS Boom Bail features SS Toggle Assembly with 8mm (5/16") pin and fits in integral track in underside of Z160, Z204, and other boom sections with a 20mm wide track. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 3 1/8" (80mm) long x 13/16" (20mm) wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" rivets. For use with Boom Vangs requiring a pin for attachment.
*Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 4 5/8": Z-1145:* Aluminum Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. See Other Z-Spar Cleats.
Exit Plate – Plastic, Small: Z-3273: Small Gray plastic Exit Plate reduces line chafe, and accommodates a maximum of 3/8" (10mm) line. Exit Plate measures 4 1/2" x 7/8" (115mm x 22mm), installs in cut-out 5/8" x 3 5/8" (16mm x 90mm), and is attached with (1) 5mm (3/16") fastener. See Other Z-Spar Exit Plates.

*Z160 Outhaul Assembly Complete: Z-160-2A:* Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Includes 3 Sheaves (Z-1614) and axle which slide in from the aft side simultaneously, and are held in place by the outhaul and/or reef lines. Rib on aft upper side allows for topping lift attachment.
	Z160 Outhaul Casting: Z-160-2: Replacement Casting only, for the Z-160 Outhaul Assembly. 1182
	Z160 Outboard Sheave: Z-1614: Delrin Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z160 Outboard Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1611A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9.5mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z160 Outboard Sheave Axle: Z-1298: SS Sheave Axle used in Z-160 Outhaul Casting. SS 'Drop-in' Sheave Axle pin is 6mm (1/4") diameter x 40mm (1 9/16") long. For outhaul and reef sheaves.
