Z-Spar Z120 Boom Components
Boom Feeder Entrance: Z-1711: Gray plastic sail feeder entrance for boltrope mounts in recess in Z-Spar gooseneck castings.
Z120 Dinghy Gooseneck Assembly Complete: Z-120-1XAC: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Internal lines run over delrin sheaves, and down past integral clam cleats. Lines can also go straight down to the deck without interference. Features 5mm (3/16") hole for Tack shackle. For use with Z-Spar Gooseneck Bracket Assembly with 10mm (3/8") horizontal (aft pointing) Toggle Shaft w/ Ball, Z-1211X. Sheaves and Sheave Axle are identical to those used with the Z-120-1, below. As used on Capri 16.5 and others.
	Z120 Dinghy Gooseneck Casting only: Z-120-1X: Replacement Casting only, as *Z120-1XAC*, above, but without sheaves, axle, and Tack shackle. 1064
	Z120 Toggle Shaft w/ Ball for Dinghy Gooseneck: Z-1121X: Bronze Toggle Shaft with 5/8" Ball end and 10mm (3/8")shaft. Unit is is 46mm (1 13/16”) long. As used on Capri 16.5 (1995), & others.

	Z120 Gooseneck Casting only: Z-120-1: Replacement Casting only, as *Z120-1AC*, above, but without sheaves, axle, and horizontal gooseneck pin. 1065
	Z120 Horizontal Gooseneck Toggle Pin: Z-1302: SS Clevis Pin is 10mm (3/8") diameter x 38mm (1 1/2") long. Connects Gooseneck Casting to Gooseneck Toggle.
	Z120 Gooseneck Sheave: Z-1614: Delrin Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z120 Gooseneck Sheave - Aluminum: Z-1611A: Heavy-duty Aluminum Sheave is 28mm (1 1/8") OD x 9.5mm (11/32") wide x 6mm (1/4") ID. For outhaul and reef lines.
	Z120 Gooseneck Sheave Axle: Z-1298: SS 'Drop-in' Axle used in Z120 goosenecks for Sheaves. SS Sheave Axle pin is 6mm (1/4") diameter x 40mm (1 9/16") long.

Boom Bail Eyestrap: Z-3043: SS Eyestrap Boom Bail features specially flattened ends to slide in integral track in underside of Z120 boom section. Eyestrap is formed from 8mm (1/4") rod, and is fastened with (2) 3/16" rivets on 45mm (1 3/4") hole centers. 1587
*Spar Cleat – Aluminum - 4 5/8": Z-1145:* Aluminum Spar Cleat is 120mm (4 5/8") long, and fastens with (2) 5mm (3/16") fasteners on 30mm (1 3/16") hole centers. Installed in the factory with a special deep-nosed rivet tool, can also be installed with machine screws. See Other Z-Spar Cleats.
Exit Plate – Plastic, Small: Z-3273: Small Gray plastic Exit Plate reduces line chafe, and accommodates a maximum of 3/8" (10mm) line. Exit Plate measures 4 1/2" x 7/8" (115mm x 22mm), installs in cut-out 5/8" x 3 5/8" (16mm x 90mm), and is attached with (1) 5mm (3/16") fastener. See Other Z-Spar Exit Plates.

*Z120 Outhaul Assembly Complete: Z-120-2A:* Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Includes 3 Sheaves (Z-1614) and axle which slide in from the aft side simultaneously, and are held in place by the outhaul and/or reef lines. Rib on aft upper side allows for topping lift attachment.
