Z-Spar has produced an incredible variety of cast aluminum Standard and Tabernacle (hinged) Mast Steps. Standard Mast Steps Hinged Mast Steps

Standard Mast Steps Standard Mast Steps do not hinge and are available in a variety of configurations for Deck and Keel-mounted applications. Mast Step Deck Tenon: Z-1111: Cast aluminum Mast Step Tenon is attached to Deck. Rectangular base has Tenon 2 1/4" long x 3/8" wide (59mm x 10mm) for use with special Mast Foot with Tenon slot. Base is (maximum) 4 5/16" (110mm) long x 1 9/16" (40mm) wide x 1" (25mm) high. Unit attaches to Deck with (2) 3/16" (5mm) FH screws on 3 1/2" (90mm) centers.
Mast Foot for Z125: Z-1179: Cast aluminum Mast Foot for Z125 Mast Section is attached to mast. Rectangular bottom has Slot 2 1/4" long x 3/8" wide (59mm x 10mm) for use with Z-1111 Mast Step Tenon. Unit is (maximum) 3 1/8" (79mm) long x 2 7/16" (62mm) wide, and projects 1 3/4" (45mm) beyond the end of the mast. Unit is attached to mast with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets or screws.
Mast Foot w/ 2 Sheaves for Z125: Z-1179SA: Specially modified version of Z-1179, above, has 2 Sheaves allowing 2 internal lines to be led out through the foot (1 forward & 1 aft). Rectangular bottom has Slot 2 1/4" long x 3/8" wide (59mm x 10mm) for use with Z-1111 Mast Step Tenon. Unit is (maximum) 3 1/8" (79mm) long x 2 7/16" (62mm) wide, and projects 1 3/4" (45mm) beyond the end of the mast. Unit is attached to mast with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets or screws. mill 1614S
Mast Step for Z230 & Z290: Z-1170X: Plain cast aluminum Mast Step for Z230 and Z290 Mast Sections. Unit is 5 7/8" (150mm) long x 4 1/2" (115mm) wide, and fastens to deck or keel with (4) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws.

Mast Step for Z301, Z320, & Z351 - Deck Mount: Z-1103: Cast aluminum Mast Step for Z301, Z320 and Z351 Mast Sections. Features 8mm holes with (8) nut-slots for use with standard Z-Spar Mast Base Turning Blocks, and aft slot for (optional) vang bail, Z-1594. Unit is (maximum) 8 7/16" (215mm) long x 6 5/16" (160mm) wide and fastens to deck with (4) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws.
Mast Step for Z301, Z320, & Z351 - Deck Mount - Pin Type: Z-1103X:
Cast aluminum Mast Step for Z301, Z320 and Z351 Mast Sections. Early version of Z-1103, above, has (6) holes for 10mm Pin-type block studs and aft slot for (optional) vang bail, Z-1594. Pin-type block studs are used for attaching any block or shackle with up to a 1/4" Pin. Unit is (maximum) 8 7/16" (215mm) long x 6 5/16" (160mm) wide and fastens to deck with (4) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws.
Mast Step for Z300E Furling Mast: Z-4006: Cast aluminum Mast Step for Z300E Furling Mast Section. Features 8mm holes with (8) nut-slots for use with standard Z-Spar Mast Base Turning Blocks, (**Z-261, Z-272** or Z-300) and aft slot for (optional) vang bail, Z-1594. Unit is (maximum) 8 3/8" (212mm) long x 6 5/16" (160mm) wide, and fastens to deck with (4) 1/4" (6mm) FH screws.
