FM2 Large Boltrope Feeder: FM2-BRF:
SS Boltrope Feeder fits FM-305 through FM-580, and other Mast Sections. Cast SS Feeder is 3 1/2" (88mm) long x (maximum) 2 1/4" (58mm) wide and attaches to mast with (6) 3/16" (5mm) rivets on 44mm x 37mm vertical centers. Unit requires 75mm x 16mm cut-out in the Mast track. Part is marked 34203000054.

Mast Collar Wedge – Small Rubber: NGA-18:
Heavy Extruded Rubber Wedge for use with Isomat and other Masts. Small stepped Rubber Wedge is used to support the mast as it passes through the Deck Collar. Wedge is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x 1 1/8" (28mm) wide, and is 15/16" (24mm) thick at the top tapering to 3/8" (10mm) thick at the bottom.

Mast Collar Wedge – Large Rubber: NGA-19:
Heavy Extruded Rubber Wedge for use with Isomat and other Masts. Large stepped Rubber Wedge is used to support the mast as it passes through the Deck Collar. Wedge is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x 1 1/8" (28mm) wide, and is 1 3/16" (30mm) thick at the top tapering to 11/16" (18mm) thick at the bottom.

Cast Aluminum Deck Collar for use with S-830, FM-1060 & FM-1395 Masts. Deck Collar features (6) provisions for deck tie-down turnbuckles, and six (6) slots for NGA-18 and NGA-19 Mast Wedges, but is commonly used with the S830-12MW One-piece Urethane Mast Collar Wedge, below. Black Urethane Mast Collar Wedge fits tightly between S-830 Mast and S-830 Standard Deck Collar,
FM1060-11C, to provide even loading all around the mast and increased
resistance to water penetration. One-piece molded construction is far superior to individual wedges,
but requires that unit be slipped onto Mast before stepping. Unit is (maximum) 13 3/8" (342mm) long
x 9" (228mm) wide x 3 3/8" (85mm) high. Unit is marked I830.

Simple cast Aluminum Mast Step for use with S-622, S-830, FM-740, F-760E and other Mast Sections. Cast Mast Step is 12 5/8" (320mm) long x 7 3/16" (180mm) wide, and fastens to deck with (4) 3/8" (10mm) RH Screws on 10 7/16" x 5 3/16" (265x130mm) centers. Unit is marked 36031506223.

S-830 Mast Step - Channel Type: F760E-2C:
Channel Type Mast Step for S-830, F-760E, F-980E and other Mast Sections. Mast allows a range of adjustment. Extruded Aluminum Channel is 315mm (12 3/8") long x 160mm (6 1/4") wide, ID is (maximum) 142mm (5 5/16"). Unit attaches to Deck with (4) 8mm FH screws and features three (3) holes allowing for up to 87mm (3 3/8") of fore and aft adjustment. Includes 12mm Crossbolt with Locknut and washers. S-830 Internal Waterproofing Plug: S830-WP: Internal Waterproofing Plug is installed in Keel-stepped Masts to prevent water intrusion below deck. Assembly consists of 2 plastic pieces carefully cut to fit Mast interior with central PVC standpipe to allow passage of electrical wires. Unit slides up from the bottom of the Mast to a point just above Deck level where a hole is drilled in Mast to allow for application of expanding foam between plastic pieces. Second hole is drilled just above upper plastic piece to allow water drainage.

Internal Waterproofing Foam: NGA-Foam:
Expanding foam is used for installation of Internal Waterproofing Plug. Single-use can is sufficient for installation of any Internal Waterproofing Plug. |
