Mast Wedges

Mast Wedges
Mast Wedges are used on keel-stepped Rigs to support the Mast as it passes through the Deck Collar, as well as providing chafe protection between the two. Complete dimensions of all Mast Wedges are provided below, to assist you in determining suitability for your application.

Mast Wedge with Flange: K-77509-___":
Kenyon Extruded Black Rubber Mast Wedge with Flange. Designed for Deck Collars where the Inside Diameter of the Collar is the same shape as the Mast, and 1/2" larger all around. Cut to a specific length for each Mast Section, one piece wraps around the mast equalizing loading at all points. This one-piece arrangement is superior to individual wedges, which can cause point loading leading to deformation. Also used in shorter pieces in various deck Collars where distance to the Mast wall approximates 1/2". This item is available cut to any length, please specify length in inches in part number.   This item is also available in 1 1/2" lengths, below, and in specific lengths for Kenyon Mast Sections, See individual Kenyon Mast Sections for specific Part Numbers.
