Masthead Assembly - for Masthead Rig: RR-4025M-H1: Cast aluminum masthead for masthead rigs, includes (4) 1/4" pins. Masthead is 8" long, and extends 3" above tube end. Masthead has no sheaves, and requires a separate sheave box(es) for halyards, or halyard blocks can be hung from lower Pins. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish. As used on Pearson Electra.
Masthead Assembly - Fractional Rig: RR-4025M-H5: Cast aluminum masthead for fractional rigs features extended backstay crane and includes (2) 1/4" Pins for backstay and topping lift attachment. Masthead is 6" long, and extends 3" above tube end. Backstay Pin is 2 1/4" above and 1 1/2" aft of Mast tube. Masthead has no sheaves, and requires a separate sheave box(es) for halyards, or halyard block can be hung from lower Pin. Cast in 356 Aluminum with black epoxy finish. As used on Pearson Ensign.

Forestay Attachment w/ Offset Spinnaker Crane: RR-4025M-FH1-S: SS Forestay Attachment for fractional rigs features Tang for Forestay Toggle, and offset (port) Spinnaker Crane for attachment of Halyard Block. SS Hound is (maximum) 5 1/2" high x approximately 1 3/4" wide and attaches to Mast with (4) 3/16" (#10) fasteners. Spinnaker Crane extends 2 1/2" forward of Mast. As used on Pearson Ensign. Spreader Base for 1 5/16" OD Spreader: RR-4025M-SB2C: Cast Aluminum Spreader Base with socket to accept 1 5/16" OD Spreader. Base has slight curve to fit mast section and includes 1/8" cotter pin to fasten Spreader. Unit is 5 1/2" high x 2" wide and attaches to mast with (2) 1/2" through-bolts on 3 11/16" centers. 3.75
*1 5/16" Round Spreader Assembly: SP-091A-37:* Aluminum Spreader Assembly is 1 5/16" OD and has cast tip with slot for upper shroud, and hole for seizing wire (included). Standard finish is clear anodized, specify color if painted finish is required. Standard Tube Length is 37", but finished spreaders are available in any length.
	*1 5/16" Round Spreader Tip: SP-091T:* Cast aluminum Spreader Tip for 1 5/16" OD x 1 1/16" ID spreader features slot for up to 1/4" shroud. Shroud is secured to tip with seizing wire. Tip extends shroud seat 1/2" beyond spreader tube.
*1 5/16" Round Spreader Assembly w/ Twist-lock Tip: SP-091ATL-37:* As SP-091A, above, but with special ‘twist-lock’ Tip, SP-091TL, which secures Shroud without the use of seizing wire. Standard finish is clear anodized, specify color if painted finish is required. Standard Tube Length is 37", but finished spreaders are available in any length.
	*1 5/16" Round Twist-lock Spreader Tip: SP-091TL:* Improved Spreader Tip for 1 5/16" OD x 1 1/16" ID spreader features a special ‘twist-lock’ design, and a smooth, broad end to minimize sail chafe. Shroud is secured without seizing wire, by inserting it horizontally into Spreader Tip and then ‘twisting’ it to lie in line with the mast. Tip accommodates shrouds up to 9/32" diameter, and extends shroud seat 1/2" beyond spreader tube.

Vang Bracket for 4025 Mast: RR-4025M-VB1: Formed base plate has welded vertical triangle (non-pivoting) with 1/2" diameter hole for attachment of vang tackle block and lower 3/8" hole for additional attachment. Fastens to 4025 mast section with (6) 3/16" (#10) fasteners. Base is 2 1/2" vertical x approximately 2 1/2" wide.
Mast Step - Deck Mount: RR-4025M-DS: Mast Step for RR #4025 Section fastens to deck or keelson with (2) 1/4" bolts. Anodized Cast Aluminum Mast Step is (maximum) 5 3/8" long x 4 1/4" wide.
Mast Step - Keel Mount: RR-4025M-KS: Mast Step fastens to keelson with (2) 3/8" bolts in external adjustment slots to allow for precise positioning. Designed for use with special Cast Base Plate, below, Mast Step can also be fastened to any flat surface with 3/8" bolts. Cast Aluminum Mast Step is (maximum) 10 5/8" long x 3" wide. *
Base Plate Ass'y for Keel Mount Mast Step: RR-4025M-KSPA: Keel mounted Base Plate Assembly fastens to keelson with (4) 5/16" FH screws. Base Plate has (2) 3/8" SS studs (on 7 1/2" centers) projecting upwards for use with RR-4025M-KS Mast Step, above, and includes SS locknuts and washers. Anodized Cast Aluminum Base Plate is (maximum) 13" long x 3" wide x 5/8" thick. As used on Pearson Ensign.
