Masthead Assembly for Mizzen Mast: K-1800MZ: Heavy-duty Masthead specially designed for Mizzen Mast applications using the 3550 mast section. Unit incorporates extruded aluminum channel with (2) aluminum sheaves, *K-198-7A*, in cast housing with dual SS strap. SS strap has 3/8" hole (upper) for Triatic Stay turnbuckle and 1/2" hole for attachment of Mizzen Staysail halyard block. Two sheaves allow for internal or external Mizzen halyard. Includes 3/8" pin for backstay attachment, and 1/4" topping lift pin. Masthead fits in 2 7/16" x 3/4" wide slot cut into fore and aft sides of the mast tube. Masthead is 8 1/2" long (less strap) x 3 1/2" wide, and is attached to the mast with (6) 1/4" screws, and a 3/8" bolt. ###

*Cast* Spreader Base for 1 5/16" Round Spreader: *PP SBR-2018L*: Rectangular Spreader Base for 1 5/16" OD Spreader. Cast Aluminum Spreader Base attaches to Mast with (2) 1/2" bolts on 3 15/16" (or 4") centers, lower bolt is also used to attach lower shroud Tang(s). Spreader is held in socket by 1/8" cotter Pin (included). Unit is 6" long x 3" wide, base is slightly contoured for use with a variety of Mast Sections.

SS Spreader Bracket Assembly for MM 7041 Mast is used with Rig-Rite SP375 Spreaders. Unit is 3 3/8" high x 3 3/8" wide with a 5-degree vertical lift and attaches to mast with (7) 1/4" RH screws. Bracket features a 5/8" vertical clevis Pin for attachment of Spreader, Spreader is normally supplied with a contoured inboard end with a welded bushing having a 5/8" ID. As used on Pearson 365K and 424K Mizzen Masts.

*Hinged Mainsail Gate Assembly: MM MG-H1:* Hinged Mainsail Gate assembly fits a variety of older MetalMast Sections. Gate is (maximum) 1 3/4" high x 2 1/4" wide. Base is 1 3/4" wide x 11/16" high and projects (maximum) 1/2" from Mast surface. Base attaches to Mast with (2) #6 FH screws on 5/16" vertical centers. Extruded Aluminum Gate is easily distinguished from others of its type by the attachment holes being vertical and the fact of its being Extruded. Used on a variety of Spars built in the 1960's through the 1980's.
*Hinged Mainsail Gate Assembly - Pearson: MM MG-HP1:* Special Cast Hinged Mainsail Gate assembly used by Pearson Yachts. Gate is (maximum) 1 3/4" high x 2 7/8" wide. Base is 2 1/8" wide x 1/2" high and projects (maximum) 1/2" from Mast surface. Base attaches to Mast with (2) #10 (3/16") RH screws on 1/2" horizontal centers. Cast Aluminum Gate is secured with a 3/16" fastpin. Factory original, finished in Awlgrip Light Gray. As used on Pearson 365K and 424K Mizzen Masts, and many Pearson 26's.		Cast PY M16-T1
*3/4" Sail Slide Stop: K-10424:* SS Spring Pin Sail Slide Stop fits all mast sections with track for 3/4" internal flat slides. Superior design allows Slide Stop to remain captive in mast track. Gate cutout (1 3/4" high) is made just 1" above SS Gooseneck bracket. Spring pin fits in 1/4" hole drilled at top of cutout, unit slides down beneath Gooseneck Bracket when Spring pin is pulled. This design allows sail slides to come as close as possible to the gooseneck while remaining in track, and eliminates problems associated with slides snagging while going past a normal sail gate. Gooseneck Bracket: MM 7041M-GB1: SS Gooseneck Bracket for MM 7041 Mast Section has 1/2" vertical Pin hole, for use with standard Gooseneck Toggle up to 2 1/2" high. Base is 5" vertical x approximately 4 3/4" wide, and attaches to the mast with (10) 1/4" RH fasteners. Commonly used with Combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly, RR-8349M-GTA, below. Can also be used as Vang Bracket with addition of Vang Toggle.
	Vertical Gooseneck Pin: RR 8349M-GB1P: SS Gooseneck Vertical Pin for use with Gooseneck Bracket, *RR-8349M-GB1.* SS Clevis Pin is 1/2" diameter x 3" grip length.
Gooseneck Toggle Assembly w/ Tack & Reef Hooks: RR 8349M-GTA: Combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook assembly features SS Tack/Reef Hook assembly bolted to cast Aluminum Toggle (RR 45-148M-W) and includes 1/2" Tack fastpin, *K-10718.* Toggle takes *1/2" vertical and* horizontal pins. White painted Toggle is 2 5/16" high x 1 3/8" wide (15/16" wide @ Horizontal pin hole) x 3 7/8" (maximum) long, pin holes are on 2 1/2" centers. Toggle fits a variety of Mast Brackets designed for a 2 5/16" Toggle with a 1/2" vertical pin. As used on Sabre 42.** RR 45-148MRAW
	Gooseneck Toggle w/ Recess - 2 5/16" High: RR 45C-148M-W: Cast Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is 2 5/16" high and accommodates 1/2" vertical and horizontal pins. White painted Toggle is 2 5/16" high x 1 3/8" wide (15/16" wide @ Horizontal pin hole) x 3 7/8" (maximum) long, pin holes are on 2 1/2" centers. Toggle features 2nd 1/2" vertical hole (1 1/4" aft) with milled Recess for non-pivoting attachment of Tack/Reef Hook assembly.
	Large SS Reef Hook/Tack Assembly for 1/2" Vertical Bolt: PP 54-22S: Heavy-duty Stainless Steel Reef Hook/Tack Assembly mounts under head of 1/2" Vertical Bolt. Dual Reef Hook Assembly is 3 1/4" wide (at top), 1 3/8" wide (at bottom), 3 1/4" high, and has 1" clearance for Tack. Assembly is formed from 1" x 3/16" SS Strap and includes 1/2" SS Tack Fastpin, K-10718.

Vang Bracket for Rigid Vang – Special: A variety of semi-custom Brackets, or Bracket/Toggle combinations are available to fit rigid (or solid) vangs produced by a number of manufacturers. Please specify vang manufacturer, model and size.
Electrical Access Plate: RR 72-99: Electrical Access Plate is designed to allow access to internal electrical plugs above the mast step, without having to unstep the mast. Saves much in frustration and money by allowing you to check mast wiring connections with the mast up. SS Plate is 4 1/2" x 2" and is designed to cover a 3" x 1 1/4" vertical slot in the side of the mast, just above the top of the mast step. Plate is slightly curved to fit a variety of mast sections and attaches with (4) 1/4-20 RH machine screws (included).

Electrical Wire Slide: : Electrical Wire Slides - 10 Pack: P: Nylon slides fits MetalMast and other Mast Sections with US standard 1/4" wire slide tracks. Slides are attached to wiring harness at 2-3 foot intervals with tie wraps. Prevents wires from slapping, and from fouling internal halyards.
