Internal Gooseneck Assemblies and Parts
Kenyon Internal Gooseneck Assemblies allow easy control of up to three internal lines. An outhaul on the bottom centerline which is led to a cleat on the underside of the boom, or aft to the cabin top, and a reefing line on each side. Reefing lines go over a sheave and down, and can be cleated at the gooseneck with integral friction-lock lever-action cams, or lines can be led to the deck and cleated aft on the cabin top. SS cover plates protect sheave and/or cam, and keep the reefing lines captive at all times. Note: Kenyon Old-Style Internal Gooseneck Assemblies featured Spring Cams (with or w/o handles), and different reef sheaves than the improved version. The Old-Style units are easily identified by the absence of the SS cover plates. While upgrading to the improved New-Style cam arrangement using one of the *K-11443* Conversion Kits (below) is recommended, original parts for the Old-Style gooseneck are still available. E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly w/ Toggle/Tack fitting: K-43006A:
Cast aluminum gooseneck assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Outhaul line exits through aluminum sheave, *K-198-7A, on centerline and runs along boom bottom to a cleat. Reef lines exit port and starboard running past lever action cams, over delrin sheaves, and down. SS cover plates keep lines on sheaves at all times. Includes SS combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly, K-10345A.* Toggle attaches to any Kenyon gooseneck bracket designed for 1 1/2" toggle and 3/8" vertical pin. Vertical pin, K-CP6-76, is not included. Distance from vertical Toggle Pin to boom tube is 5 3/8".
E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly: K-43006: As K-43006A, above, but without SS combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly, K-10345A. Attaches to K-10345A or other Toggles up to 7/8" wide, using a 3/8" bolt and locknut (included). Distance from horizontal Pin hole to boom tube is 4 3/8".
E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly w/o Cams: K-10666: As K-43006, above, but with SS spacers in place of the reef cams. For use where reef lines are led down to the deck and cleated aft on the cabin top.
E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly w/ Port Cam: K-43006P: E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly w/ Starboard Cam: K-43006S:
As K-43006, above, but with single reef cam, sheave and cover plate. Specify Port or Starboard Cam.
*E-section Internal Gooseneck Assembly for Outhaul: K-10695:* As K-43006, above, but with outhaul sheave only, and no provisions for reef lines. For staysail booms, jib clubs, and other booms with no internal reef lines. Casting extends 5" (maximum) forward of the boom tube.
*E-section External Gooseneck Assembly: K-10659A:* E-section External Gooseneck Assembly is as those above, but with no provisions for internal lines. For staysail booms, jib clubs, or booms wishing to use the K-10345A SS combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly, or similar, but without the need for internal lines. Attaches to K-10345A or other Toggles up to 7/8" wide, using a 3/8" bolt and locknut (included).


Parts for E-Section Internal Gooseneck Assemblies
Gooseneck Toggle/Tack Assembly w/ Reef Hooks: K-10345A: Used with the Kenyon E-section, 3550, and 3756 internal goosenecks, this combination Toggle/Tack/Reef Hook Assembly features 3 tack positions and includes 3/8" tack fastpin, K-10557. *Takes 3/8" vertical and* horizontal pins. Two reef hooks allow for ease of reefing from either side of the boom. Toggle portion is 1 1/2" high x 7/8" wide with 1" between pin centers. Unit (excluding Reef Hooks) is 4" high x 7/8" wide x 2 1/4" long. Attaches directly to any of the Kenyon SS Gooseneck Brackets designed for a 1 1/2" Toggle with 3/8" vertical pin, K-CP6-76.**
*E-section Internal Gooseneck Casting: K-10364:* Replacement casting only, for any of the Kenyon internal gooseneck assemblies listed above. Black epoxy coated Aluminum casting is (maximum) 6 1/4" long x 2 3/4" wide x 4 3/8" high.
*Outhaul Sheave for E-section Gooseneck: K-198-7A:* Anodized aluminum sheave is 1 3/4" OD x 31/64" wide x 3/8" ID.
*Outhaul Sheave Axle for E-section Gooseneck: K-10380:* SS axle pin is 3/8" diameter x 1" grip, with a turned groove on each end to accept 3/8" SS Snap Rings, K-63015 (2 included).
SS Snap Rings for 3/8" Axle Pin: K-63015-2P: In 2-pack. Require small snap ring pliers for attachment.
New-Style Double Reef Cam Conversion Kit for E-section: K-11443:
Cam Conversion Kit for E-section Gooseneck converts Old-Style Spring-Cam arrangement to the New-Style friction cam assembly. Kit includes everything necessary for 2 reef lines including Cam levers, adjustable friction washers, reef sheaves, SS spacers, Cover plates, bolts and locknuts. No machining is required. Individual components are listed separately, below.
New-Style Sheave Conversion Kit for E-Section: K-11443NC:
Sheave Conversion Kit for E-Section Gooseneck converts Old-Style Gooseneck to the New-Style with Cover Plates, Sheaves, and No cams. Easily installed Kit includes everything necessary for leading reef lines down and aft, including (2) reef sheaves, (4) SS spacers, Port and Starboard Cover plates, bolts and locknuts. No machining is required. Individual components are listed separately, below. As K-11443, above, but with 2 SS Spacers to replace the reef cams. This Kit converts any E-Section Internal Reefing Gooseneck (Old or New-Style) to the K-10666 Gooseneck Assembly, above.

Single Cam Conversion Kit for E-section Gooseneck converts Old-Style Spring-Cam arrangement to the New-Style friction cam assembly. Kit includes everything necessary for single reef line including Cam lever, adjustable friction washers, reef sheave, SS spacer, Cover plate, bolts and locknuts. No machining is required. Specify Port or Starboard. Individual components are listed separately, below.
	*Reefing Sheave for E-section Gooseneck: K-11412:* Delrin sheave is 1" OD x 1/2" wide x 1/2" ID.
	*Reefing Sheave Spacer for E-section Gooseneck: K-11413:* SS spacer is 1/2" OD x 3/8" ID x .525" long. Used with Sheaves, and in place of Cams when reef lines are not cleated at the gooseneck.
	SS Cover Plate for E-section Gooseneck - Port: K-11411P: SS Cover Plate for E-section Gooseneck - Starboard: K-11411S: Formed SS cover plate has 3/8" holes for sheave and cam bolts. Specify Port or Starboard.
	Gooseneck Reef Cam - Port: K-11246P: Gooseneck Reef Cam - Starboard: K-11246S: New-Style Cast aluminum Cam lever fits on 3/8" bolt and has recesses for special friction-lock washers, K-10862 (2 included). Specify Port or Starboard.
	Friction-lock washers for Reef Cams: K-10862: Special green-colored friction-lock washers made of an impregnated synthetic allow for precise adjustment of cam tension and protect cams from corrosion.
