BF-5 Standard Spreader Assembly, Complete: BF5SAC-____: Standard BF5 Spreader Assembly is anodized, Tapered, drilled for attachment to standard Cast Spreader Bases, and includes BF5-1K Spreader Tip Assembly. To order specify maximum tube length, and sweepback angle (if any). Painted finishes are available on special order, specify color. Spreaders are also available cut and drilled to fit Spreader Bars as well, please specify part number of Spreader Bar, below.

*Spreader Tip Assembly for BF-5 Spreader – Standard: BF5-1K:* Assembly features smooth Outer Tip to capture shrouds, and Inner Tip casting that rests against the Spreader Section and provides a seat for up to 2 shrouds. Kit includes Outer & Inner Tip Castings, Spreader Boot, & screw, for 1 spreader. For use on rigs with Continuous Shrouds up to 14mm (9/16") diameter.
	Outer Tip Casting for BF-5 Spreader: BF5-2: Smooth Outer Tip Casting captures shrouds and fastens to Spreader with (1) #8 SS Screw.
	Inner Tip Casting for BF-5 Spreader: BF5-3: Inner Tip Casting provides seats for 2 shrouds and protects Spreader tube from chafe.
	Spreader Boot for BF-5 Spreader: BF5-4P (pair): White molded vinyl boot protects sails from chafing against Continuous Spreader Tip. Spreader Boots are sold in pairs only.

Spreader Base Clevis Pin: BF5-30: Attaches BF5 Spreader to standard Cast Aluminum Base. SS Clevis Pin is 12mm diameter x 45mm (1 3/4") long.
New Style Spreader Base Bushing: BF5-31: Hard white plastic bushing fits newer Cast aluminum Spreader Bases with a 21mm (13/16") Bushing hole. Bushing is 21mm (13/16") OD x 12mm ID (7/16").
Old Style Spreader Base Bushing - Plastic: BF5-31XP: Hard white plastic Bushing fits older Cast aluminum Spreader Bases with a 28mm (1 1/8") Bushing hole. Bushing is 26mm OD (1 1/32") x 12mm ID (7/16").
Old Style Spreader Base Bushing - Rubber: BF5-31XR: Black Rubber Bushing fits older Cast aluminum Spreader Bases with a 28mm (1 1/8") Bushing hole. Bushing is 28mm OD (1 1/8") x 12mm ID (7/16").
Standard Spreader Base for BF-5 Spreader - Port: BF5-35P: Standard Spreader Base for BF-5 Spreader - Starboard: BF5-35S: Unique spreader base design incorporates (2) sockets for use with stemballs on lower and intermediate shrouds. Cast aluminum bases are welded to the mast and accommodate a variety of spreader angles depending on how the inboard spreader end is cut. BF5 Spreader is attached with (1) 12mm clevis pin that goes through a plastic bushing to allow for some shock loading. New Bases have hole for 21mm (13/16") OD Spreader Bushing, BF5-31. Base measures 5 1/2" high (maximum) x 6 3/8" long, and projects 5 1/4" out from the Mast. For use with NG-70 and larger Mast sections. *Aluminum Base for BF-5 Spreader Bar: BF5-40C:* Cast Aluminum Base is contoured to fit the mast section and reinforces it for use with any angle Spreader Bar. Features boss to allow a straight cut on the spreader end. Slot in base is 30mm x 80mm long. Plates (2 required) are attached to the mast with (4) 1/4" rivets. For use with NG-80, NG-86, & NG-105 Mast sections.

*Aluminum Spreader Bar for BF-5 Spreader, 0� aft: BF5-41-0:* Extruded Aluminum Spreader Bar for BF5 Spreader is 1 3/8" (35mm) thick x 3 1/8" (80mm) wide x 17 1/4" (440mm) long, and incorporates a 5 degree vertical angle for 0 degree (in-line) Spreaders. Used with NG-70 and larger Mast Sections.

Special Extruded Aluminum Spreader Bar for BF5 Spreader has forward cut-out for use in Furling Masts where halyard clearance is limited. Special Spreader Bar is 3/4" (19mm) thick x 3 1/2" (90mm) wide x 17 1/4" (440mm) long, and incorporates a 5 degree vertical angle for 0 degree (in-line) Spreaders. As used on Island Packet 485 with Furling Mast.
*Aluminum Spreader Bar for BF-5 Spreader, 14� aft: BF5-42-14:* Special machined Aluminum Spreader Bar for BF5 Spreader in rigs with a 14 degree aft spreader sweep. Bar is 13/16" (20mm) thick x 3 13/16" (95mm) wide x 19 5/8" (500mm) long, and incorporates a 5 degree vertical angle for 14 degree aft Spreaders. Used with F-1395 and other Mast Sections.
