*Spar Cleat – 4 3/4": NGC-5:* Cast Aluminum Cleat is 120mm (4 3/4") long. Other Cleats have also been used on this boom section, and are listed separately. Other Isomat Cleats.
Exit Plate – Small Snap-in: NG1-7: Small Black plastic Snap-in Exit Plate eliminates line chafe, and accommodates a maximum of 7/16" line. Exit Plate measures 3 1/2" x 1" (87mm x 25mm), and installs in cut-out 13/16" x 2 7/8" (20mm x 74mm). Other Exit Plates have also been used on this boom section, and are listed separately. Other Isomat Exit Plates.
AutoReef Internal Shuttle Block: NB1-20: Cast aluminum Shuttle Block incorporates 2 Delrin Roller sheaves. Used in AutoReef single line reefing systems.

*NB1 Boom Bail Assembly: NB1-15A:* SS Articulating Boom Bail is used for attachment of blocks and reef lines. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Bail is made from 8mm (5/16") rod. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 90mm (3 1/2") long x 30mm (1 3/16") wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
	NB1 Boom Bail: NB1-15R: SS formed rod bail only, as used in NB1 Boom Bail Assembly NB1-15A, above. Bail is made from 8mm (5/16") rod, and is 2 1/16" (53mm) long x (maximum) 1" (25mm) high.
	NB1 Boom Bail Plate: NB1-15BP: SS formed plate only, as used in NB1 Boom Bail Assembly NB1-15A, above. Plate is 2mm thick and measures 90mm (3 1/2") long x 30mm (1 3/16") wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
*NB1 Boom Bail Assembly - New Style: NB1-15AN:* New Style SS Articulating Boom Bail is used for attachment of blocks and reef lines. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Bail is made from 8mm (5/16") rod. Formed plate is 2mm thick and measures 115mm (4 1/2") long x 27mm (1 1/16") wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
	NB1 Boom Bail - New Style: NB1-15RN: SS formed rod bail only, as used in NB1 New Style Boom Bail Assembly NB1-15AN, above. Bail is made from 8mm (5/16") rod, and is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x (maximum) 1 7/16" (36mm) high.
	NB1 Boom Bail Plate - New Style: NB1-15BPN: SS formed plate only, as used in NB1 New Style Boom Bail Assembly NB1-15AN, above. Plate is 2mm thick and measures 115mm (4 1/2") long x 27mm (1 1/16") wide. Fastens with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
*NB1 Boom Vang Attachment Lug - 14mm (9/16"): NB1-16S-14:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug is used for attachment of Solid (hard) Vang Struts. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 4.5mm deep. Slide plate (2.5mm) is 5 3/4" long, and is welded to 5mm (3/16") thick Triangle with 14mm (9/16") hole. Slides into track and fastens with (4) 3/16" (5mm) rivets. Fits NG1 Isovang. *
*NB1 Boom Vang Attachment Lug - 16mm (5/8"): NB1-16S-16:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug is used for attachment of Solid (hard) Vang Struts. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 4.5mm deep. Slide plate (2.5mm) is 5 3/4" long, and is welded to 5mm (3/16") thick Triangle with 16mm (5/8") hole. Slides into track and fastens with (4) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
**NB1 Boom Vang Attachment Lug - 16mm (5/8"): NB1-16L:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug is used for attachment of Solid (hard) Vang Struts. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Slide plate (2.2mm) is 6" long, and welded to 4mm (5/32") thick Triangle with 16mm (5/8") hole. Slides into track and fastens with (2) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. This part is no longer available having been replaced by the stronger NB1-16S-16,** above, and is shown here for identification only.
*NB1 Boom Vang Attachment Lug for Easykick 1 Vang: NB1-16E1:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug designed specifically for use with Easykick 1 Solid Vang. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Slide plate (2.2mm) is 3 1/2" (90mm) long, and welded to 4mm Triangular nose with hole for 6mm (1/4") pin. Slides into track and fastens in place with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.
*NB1 Boom Vang Attachment Lug for Easykick 2 Vang: NB1-16E2:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug designed specifically for use with Easykick 2 Solid Vang. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Slide plate (3mm) is 3 15/16" (100mm) long, and welded to formed Triangular channel that is 13mm (1/2") wide (outside) with 8mm (5/16") clearance inside and hole for 6mm (1/4") pin. Slides into track and fastens in place with (2) 1/4" (6mm) rivets.
*NB1 Heavy-Duty Attachment for Easykick 2 Vang: NB1-16E2H:* SS Boom Vang Attachment Lug designed specifically for use with Easykick 2 Solid Vang. Fits in integral slot in underside of NB-16 and NB-26, and other boom sections with an underside boom bail slot that is 31mm wide x 3mm deep. Slide plate (2.2mm) is 5 1/8" (130mm) long, and welded to formed Triangular channel that is 16mm (5/8") wide (outside) with 10mm (3/8") clearance inside and hole for 6mm (1/4") pin. Slides into track and fastens in place with (2) 1/4" (6mm) rivets.

Isomat Isovang Isomat's Isovang is a tubular Hard (solid) Vang with integral sheaves and line that is Spring cushioned for Boom support. Commonly supplied with new boats, it is also a favorite addition to older boats with Isomat Spars. See: Isomat Isovangs. NB-26 Outhaul Assembly Complete: NB26-2A: Cast aluminum Outhaul Assembly incorporates provisions for internal outhaul and 2 internal reef lines. Outhaul line runs over centerline sheave NB1-10, reef lines over port and starboard rollers, NB1-11R. Sheave, rollers and axle slide in from the aft side simultaneously, and are held in place by the outhaul and/or reef lines. Rib on aft upper side allows for topping lift attachment. Aluminum centerline Sheave, NB1-10A, below, is recommended for Booms with a wire outhaul pennant, cruising and other heavy-duty applications.
	NB-26 Outhaul Casting: NB26-2: Replacement Aluminum Casting only, for the NB-26 Outhaul Assembly.
	NB1 Outhaul Roller: NB1-11R: Delrin Roller sheave is 18mm (11/16") OD x 14mm (9/16") wide x 10mm (3/8") ID. Two (2) are required for outboard reef lines.
	NB1 Outhaul Sheave: NB1-10: Acetyl Sheave is 30mm (1 3/16") OD x 10mm (3/8") wide x 10mm (3/8") ID. Sheave goes in center slot, for outhaul line. Aluminum Sheave, NB1-10A, below, is recommended for Booms with a wire outhaul pennant, cruising and other heavy-duty applications.
	NB1 Aluminum Outhaul Sheave: NB1-10A: Aluminum Sheave is heavy-duty version of the plastic NB1-10, above. Recommended for Booms with a wire outhaul pennant, cruising and other heavy-duty applications. Anodized Aluminum Sheave is 30mm (1 3/16") OD x 10mm (3/8") wide x 10mm (3/8") ID.
	Sheave/Roller Axle for NB-26 Outhaul: NB1-13: SS 'Drop-in' Sheave Axle pin is 10mm (3/8") dia. x 51mm (2") long.

NB1 SS Outhaul Slide: NB1-18: SS Outhaul Slide with welded Bail provides easy adjustment under load. Slide is 12mm (1/2") OD x 62mm (2 7/16") long, Bail ID is 34mm x 14mm (1 5/16" x 9/16"). As used on NB-16 and NB-26 Booms.

Sections can be ordered bare (unmachined), or cut to shorter lengths with or without milling for other components. Painted finishes and other lengths are available on special order.
