Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles

Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles are unique in modern design, with two 316 Stainless Steel bodies and a central Bronze screw. Designed for use with both Wire and Rod Rigging, modular components allow a variety of configurations for use in almost any application. Versions are produced for use with Standard Chainplates or Navtec U-Bolt Chainplates, components are commonly used with discontinuous Spreader Tips for both Wire and Rod Rigging. Design allows Standard Screw to be replaced with Long Screw in the event the Swage End has to be replaced or if the rigging is otherwise too short.

Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles - Double Toggle - C600
Navtec C600 Turnbuckles are Series 500 Turnbuckles with Toggles (Eye Ends w/ Toggle) on each end. Standard length Screws (thru 3/4") are nickel-plated, all are coated with a molybdenum disulfide lubricant to reduce friction without attracting dirt. Suitable for use with all standard Rod, Swage and mechanical Eyes (Norseman, Sta-Lok, Hi-Mod), and standard Chainplates of matching Pin Size.

Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles w/ Wire Swage & Toggle - C500
Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles are available with Wire Swage Ends in sizes for 1/8" to 3/8" Wire. Originally produced for Wire up to 3/4", most Swage Ends and all other components are available.

Navtec Series 500 Turnbuckles for Rod w/ Toggle - C550
Navtec Series 500 Rod Turnbuckles are available in sizes for -4 to -400 (1 3/4") Rod. Designed with two 316 SS bodies and a central Bronze screw, sizes larger than -60 use Bronze Bodies and a SS Screw to reduce size and weight.
