South Coast Winches have been out of production for over 40 years.
During many years of production South Coast produced several different
Types of winches in many Sizes.
Some parts not listed here are available on a Custom basis, we
will require a sketch of the parts with dimensions and full details including
Winch size to quote.

South Coast Bronze Winches - Pawls and Springs
South Coast #810 Bronze Winches are the most commonly seen South Coast winches.
Sometimes Chrome-plated,
these Top-action Halyard and Sheet Winches all used a Flat, Slide-in Bronze Winch
Handle similar to
those made by Merriman and Wilcox-Crittenden during the same period.
Most Winches have the word South Coast, and the size (#1, 2, or 3) stamped in the
top.

require a sketch of the old Parts with dimensions and full details including Winch
size.

South Coast 810-1 Bronze Winch: SC 810-1:
South Coast 810-1 Bronze Winches all used a Flat, Slide-in Bronze Winch Handle.
Most Winches have the word South Coast, and the number 1 stamped in the top.
South Coast 810, Size #1 Winches have a Top that is 2 5/8" diameter.
These winches are no longer available.

South Coast 810 Bronze Winch - #1 Pawl Set: SC 810-1K:
Ratchet pawl and spring for South Coast 810 Size #1 Bronze Winches.
Includes (1) Pawl and (1) Spring. Cast Bronze Pawl is .685" (maximum)
long x .225" thick with hole for pin and slot for spring. Each winch uses a total of
four (4) Pawls and Pawl Springs.
