Amiot 32mm T-Track
Amiot 32mm T-Track: AMI 32TCA-__ft.:
Amiot 32mm T-Track is a clear anodized, extruded aluminum T-Track that measures 32mm (1 1/4") across the top, 19mm (3/4") across the bottom, and is (maximum) 15.5mm (<5/8") high, with 5.5mm (7/32") thick flanges. Track is drilled for 6mm (1/4") FH screws on 100mm (3 7/8") centers, and has 6mm (1/4") diameter stop holes on 100mm (3 7/8") centers. Amiot 32mm T-Track is available in a variety of lengths up to 3 meters (9' 10").hs

 


Track Ends & Stops
Plastic Track End Stop: AMI 32T-01:
Hard molded Black plastic Track End for Amiot 32mm T-Track. Covers track end and attaches to Deck with (1) 5mm (#10 - 3/16") FH screw. Unit is maximum 2 3/8" (60mm) long and extends 2" (50mm) beyond Track.

Adjustable Track Stop: AMI 32T-03:
Unique Adjustable Track Stop for Amiot 32mm T-Track features SS Pin stop on spring hinge. Used to limit the movement of other components, especially jib and genoa Cars. Anodized aluminum Track Stop is 1 9/16" (40mm) long x 2 3/8" (60mm) wide, and has a 3/8" (10mm) plunger Pin.

Genoa Cars for 32mm T-Track
Genoa Slide w/ Eye & Spring Pin Stop: Har B157M:
Heavy-duty Chromed Bronze Genoa Slide for 32mm T-Track features SS Spring Pin and Eye for attachment of Snatch Block or lines. Cast Bronze Slide is 95mm (3 3/4") long x 46mm (1 11/16") wide x (maximum) 56mm (2 3/16") high. Unit features plastic Liners to reduce friction and is positioned securely with 8mm (5/16") SS Spring Pin which locks in up and down position. Safe working load is 1800 kg (3950 lbs.).

 

 

 

Tri-Roller Genoa Car w/ Plastic Sheaves: AMI 32T-11P:
Unique Genoa Lead Car for Amiot 32mm T-Track features wide delrin Sheave and 2 vertical Rollers to accept a wide range of lead angles for minimum Genoa sheet chafe. Towable Car has control sheave on forward side for adjustment with 2-1 control line, and rides on plastic liners (AMI 32T-13LP) to minimize friction under load. Cast aluminum Car has 40mm (1 9/16") OD x 43mm (1 11/16") wide Delrin Sheave for up to 5/8" line, and (2) side rollers 20mm diameter x 45mm long. Car is 5 1/4" (133mm) long with a maximum width of 2 11/16" (69mm).

Tri-Roller Genoa Car w/ Aluminum Sheaves: AMI 32T-12A:
Unique Genoa Lead Car for Amiot 32mm T-Track features wide Aluminum Sheave and 2 vertical Aluminum Rollers to accept a wide range of lead angles for minimum Genoa sheet chafe. Towable Car has control sheave on forward side for adjustment with 2-1 control line, and rides on plastic liners (AMI 32T-13LP) to minimize friction under load. Cast aluminum Car has 40mm (1 9/16") OD x 43mm (1 11/16") wide Aluminum Sheave for up to 5/8" line, and (2) Aluminum side rollers 20mm diameter x 45mm long. Car is 5 1/4" (133mm) long with a maximum width of 2 11/16" (69mm). Aluminum sheave version of AMI 32T-11P, above, is recommended for heavy usage, as sheaves are more durable.

 

 

 

Plastic liners for Tri-Roller Genoa Car (pair): AMI 32T-13LP:
Plastic Liner pair for Amiot 32mm Tri-Roller Genoa Lead Cars. Black Plastic Liners are (maximum) 3 9/16" (90mm) long. Fits into slot on Car that is 3/8" wide x 3 3/8" long.

 

 

 

Aluminum Sheave for Tri-Roller Genoa Car: AMI 32T-12ASK:
Replacement Aluminum Sheave Kit for Amiot 32mm Tri-Roller Genoa Lead Cars includes new 10mm Axle Screw Pin assembly. Clear Anodized Aluminum Sheave is as used in AMI 32T-12A Genoa Car, Kit is suitable for replacement use in all Amiot 32mm Tri-Roller Genoa Lead Cars listed above. Please note: Early versions of these Cars were produced using a large Hollow sheave axle. This Replacement Sheave Kit will not work with those Cars.

 


Control Ends for 32mm T-Track
Single sheave, Aluminum Control End w/ Becket: AMI 32T-02:
Cast aluminum Control End for Amiot 32mm T-Track has a single sheave for Control Line up to 3/8" (10mm) diameter, and an end post becket. Control End locks over end of Track and fastens to Track with (1) 4mm machine screw. Delrin Sheave is 1" (25mm) OD x 1/2" (12.5mm) wide. Control End is (maximum) 1 3/4" (44mm) wide, x 3" (75mm) long, and extends 1/4" (7mm) beyond the end of the Track. Unit completely covers Track end.

 

Stainless Steel Control Ends to fit Amiot 32mm T-Track are available with or without Cam Cleats and Beckets for single, 2-1, 3-1 or 4-1 purchase systems, using up to 3/8" (10mm) line. Formed SS Track-mounted Control Ends have 1 3/4" diameter Sheaves, models with cam cleats are available in Right and Left handed versions and feature Ronstan Carbon Fibre C-Cleats with Fast Track fairleads. Units slide onto track and are held in place with a 3/8" SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for optimum placement.  SS Control Ends do not cover the end of the track.

 

Single sheave, SS Control End: NF 1330:
For single purchase systems with cleat mounted separately. Formed SS end (4" long) slides onto track and is held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for optimum placement. Control line dead-ends on becket on car, goes around Control End sheave, and to separate cleat.

 

Single sheave, SS Control End w/ Becket: NF 1330B:
For 2-1 purchase systems with cleat mounted separately. Formed SS end (4" long) slides onto track and is held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for optimum placement. Control line dead-ends on becket, goes around sheave mounted on the car, then around Control End sheave to separate cleat.

Formed SS ends (4" long) slide onto track and are held in place with a 3/8" SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled and tapped (3/8"-16), if necessary, for maximum outboard placement and optimum fit. Control line dead-ends on becket on car and goes around Control End sheave and through cam cleat.

Control line dead-ends on becket on car, goes around upper Control End sheave, back through the sheave mounted on the car, then around lower Control End sheave to separate cleat.

Control line dead-ends on becket/eye strap, goes around upper car sheave, back around upper Control End sheave, through lower car sheave, and comes back around lower Control End sheave and through cam cleat.
