| Rig-Rite stocks a variety of Cast Bronze Stanchion Bases for
use on Traditional Yachts. All Stanchion Bases listed here are for use with 1" (25.4mm) Stanchions unless otherwise noted. For Backing Plates, See: Stanchion Base Backing Plates. |
| Cast Bronze Stanchion Base w/ Single Bail - 5°: SB 36-BZT-5°: Cast Bronze Stanchion Base with Single Bail and a 5° inboard angle. Trapezoidal Base is (maximum) 4" long x 2 5/8" wide and attaches to Deck with (4) 1/4" FH screws on 2" (inboard) x 3" (outboard) hole centers. Unit features drain hole and has (2) 1/4"-20 set screws to secure Stanchion. Base has caulking groove and a recessed center to reduce rocking on uneven surfaces. As used by Cape Dory. HF&A

(2) 10-32 screws to secure Stanchion, clearance holes are normally drilled in Stanchion so screws pass through Stanchion wall. |

Cast Bronze Base is (maximum) 4" long x 3" wide and attaches to Deck with (4) 1/4" FH screws on 2 1/2" (fore and aft) x 2" (athwartships) hole centers.
