Bronze Deck Fills These Traditional Cast Bronze Deck Fills are carefully machined and highly polished. Deck Fills are labeled with their function cast into the base and the low-profile bases stand only 3/16" (5mm) above deck. Caps are of the traditional Pin-type, easily unscrewed from the base by a variety of common Pin-type keys. A rubber O-Ring is seated in the base to help prevent water intrusion. Unique design is in a two-piece configuration, with a straight hose adapter screwing into the base unit. This allows for an easy switch to a 90° adapter, for those tight spaces down below common to most traditional vessels, using optional 90° Elbow Adapter. Water Deck Fill - Polished Bronze: Mer 119-WaterBZ: Water Deck Fill is highly polished cast Bronze with a threaded Bronze Cap. Unit is designed to accept 1 1/2" (37mm) ID Hose. Threaded Cap has (2) 1/4" holes (on 1 1/8" centers) for unscrewing with a variety of Keys, available separately, below. Cap seats on rubber O-Ring mounted in the base unit. Unit is 3 3/4" (95mm) diameter, protrudes 3/16" (5mm) above deck, and approximately 3 3/4" (95mm) below deck. Hose adapter can be unthreaded, allowing other attachments to the 1 1/2" straight pipe thread on the inside of the main unit. Mounting requires a 2 1/8" (54mm) hole in the deck, unit attaches to deck with (3) 3/16" (#10) FH screws. The word "WATER" is cast into the base unit.

Bronze Deck Fill Key - 1/4" x 1 1/8": Mer 119-KeyBZ: Special cast Bronze Deck Fill Key has (2) 1/4" prongs on 1 1/8" centers. "Butterfly" design has holes on each end for attachment to a keychain. Fits all Bronze Deck Fills on this page as well as others with 1/4" or larger holes on 1 1/8" centers.
Bronze "Universal" Deck Fill Key: PP 119K-35BZ: Handy "Universal" hinged Bronze Deck Fill Key fits all Pin-Type Deck Fills. Cast Bronze hinged unit has SS Pins on the end - 3/16" on one side and 5/16" on the other, and will accommodate caps with hole centers from 5/8" to 7". Unit is 8" long x 1" wide and has hole on one end for attachment to a keychain.
Economy Deck Fill Key - 1/4": PP 119K-8G: Economical Deck Fill Key fits Pin-Type Deck Fill Caps with 1/4" holes. Formed Galvanized steel wire unit is set at 3" wide, but can be squeezed down to 1". Unit is 7" long x .200" diameter.
