Amiot Deck Fills Amiot Deck Fills, made in France, are found on a variety of European built Yachts, notably Beneteau and Jeanneau. Most Deck Fills come with a cap meant to be unscrewed using a standard Winch Handle (11/16" Square or Octagonal) or Winch Handle Key. Deck Fills for Gas (Petrol, Essence) normally come with a cap that is unscrewed using a special Hexagonal Key (smaller than a Winch Handle) to help prevent potentially disastrous mistakes in refilling, but the special Cap is sometimes used on other Deck Fills. All Caps have a rubber O-Ring to help prevent water intrusion and are attached with a chain to prevent misplacement. Amiot Aluminum Deck Fills
Water Deck Fill: Ami DF-Water: Amiot Water Deck Fill is clear anodized cast Aluminum with a Blue plastic color ring to help in identification. Unit is designed to accept 1 1/2" (37mm) ID Hose. Threaded Cap can be unscrewed using a standard Winch Handle or Winch Handle Key. Unit is 3 1/2" (90mm) diameter, protrudes 2 7/8" (73mm) below deck, and 5/16" (8mm) above. Mounting requires a 2 3/16" (55mm) hole in the deck, unit attaches to deck with (3) 5mm FH screws. Water Deck Fill features a hose stopper to prevent deep entry of filling hose and subsequent over pressurization and tank rupture. The words "Amiot" and "Water" are cast into the main unit.
Waste Deck Fill for 1 1/2" (37mm Hose): Ami DF-Waste37: Amiot Waste Deck Fill is clear anodized cast Aluminum with a Black plastic color ring to help in identification. Unit is designed to accept 1 1/2" (37mm) ID Hose. Threaded Cap can be unscrewed using a standard Winch Handle or Winch Handle Key. Unit is 3 1/2" (90mm) diameter, protrudes 2 7/8" (73mm) below deck, and 5/16" (8mm) above. Mounting requires a 2 3/16" (55mm) hole in the deck, unit attaches to deck with (3) 5mm FH screws. Gas (Essence, Petrol) Deck Fill: Ami DF-Petrol: Amiot Gas Deck Fill is clear anodized cast Aluminum with a Red plastic color ring to help in identification. Unit is designed to accept 2" (55mm) ID Hose. Threaded Cap can only be unscrewed using a special Amiot Hex Key to prevent misfilling. Unit is 3 1/2" (90mm) diameter, protrudes 2 1/2" (65mm) below deck, and 3/16" (5mm) above. Mounting requires a 2 3/16" (55mm) hole in the deck, unit attaches to deck with (3) 5mm FH screws. The words "Amiot" and "Essence, Petrol" are cast into the main unit.

Deck Fill Cap for Standard Winch Handle: Ami DF-CWH: Amiot Deck Fill Cap accepts standard (11/16") square or octagonal Winch Handle or any Winch Handle Key. Cast aluminum Cap is Clear Anodized and includes rubber O-Ring. Cap has 2 1/8" (53.5mm) maximum OD, and fits all Amiot Aluminum Deck Fills.
Deck Fill Cap for Special Hex Key: Ami DF-CSpecial: Amiot Deck Fill Cap accepts Special Hex Key only, for additional security. Cast aluminum Cap is Clear Anodized and includes rubber O-Ring. Cap has 2 1/8" (53.5mm) maximum OD, and fits all Amiot Aluminum Deck Fills.
